Alpin Haus I purchased a brand new *** motor home in May

I purchased a brand new *** motor home in May . It has and continues to have extensive issues that are not reasonable with a new purchase. ie. Table never came with camper, privacy curtain was lost, leak under bathroom sink, bathroom molding coming apart, bathroom molding broken, new walls, new recliner, new microwave, new blinker assembly, new taillight assembly, leak in tub, leaks in gray and black water tanks, fan wired incorrectly (continued running), light in bedroom wired incorrectly, refrigerator needed a hard reset, slider did not move out as well as the entry step did not shut off (fuse issue repairman said probably an underlying issue), air condition *** unable to move, needed body work, needed to be painted twice, wire harness rubbing against drive-train, leak in back bedroom from roof causing bed to be soaked, back splash decal was bubbled, hub cap lost because of broken clip, shower wall coming unglued, new shade behind living room seating, several drawer hinges inop. Just took it in and dealer stated needs $1000.00 roof seal.

Alpin Haus We have a 2017 *** 40loft

We have a 2017 *** 40loft. We bought this brand new. The company noticed a small divet in the floor were slide came in. They stated they would have floor replaced. So they sent a service tech out about a month after purchase to " replace the floor" my husband told them we do not want the floor cut because it it linoleum and one piece if they do that the seal releases. We were told the whole floor would be replaced if this was not happing then we did not want it cut opened. Alpin haus advised us they could not replace of whole floor because our life time warranty does not cover it. We bought it new with the diet in floor and walk through paper states replace floor. So needless to say the service tech cut the floor placed a piece in the floor and left. The divet was the size of a quarter you could not even see it. The piece replaced at that time was 3ft long and you can see the horrible job that was done! We called them said it was unexceptable sent pictures they agreed. So they sent another service tech out to fix the spot. Wel the 3ft section turned into 3 3ft sections and the floor lifting and linoleum popping up. We called them several times with no call back. We have rugs done on our floor because linoleum will not stay down. It looks ridiculous we paid 65,000 for this model and I feel like it is worth 10 dollars. Also our awning does not go out we called them last year because the awning was slow when we would put it in and out they came and looked at it and said it was fine. Well we got here this season and it does not work at all. We have also called them several times about this issue and have been promised someone would call us back and no call back. I am fed up with them being unprofessional and not having appreciated people doing repair work.

Alpin Haus I paid for Alpin Haus to look at my 2016 RV and advised them of two issues on 3/30

I paid for Alpin Haus to look at my 2016 RV and advised them of two issues on 3/30. The first issue my husband verbally advised the service department of the issue with the camper and what the problem was. They still charged a diagnostic fee and did not diagnose the problem. Additionally, on 3/30, the service rep was advised of the second issue with the leveling jack on the driver side. Again we were charged a diagnostic fee and told they were unable to fix the issue because the loppert company was closed due to COVID-19. When the camper was finally available for pick up, the service rep was advised of damage their staff did to our camper. Moreover, once the camper was in my possession, the leveling jack was fixed in a matter of minutes. The service staff at Alpine Haus charged me for a service they didn't even do. I had to call multiple times and no one was able to assist me. I finally called again as specifically asked for Dave B on 6/17 to tell me they were not going to refund the $194.35 because the service staff were unable to properly diagnose until the slide was fixed. However, Mr. B advised the slide was fixed on 4/9 but they diagnosed the jack on 4/1. I asked multiple times how they were properly able to diagnose and his response was that we declined to get fixed and we didn't authorize more money. I was under the impression based on what Mr. B stated that if we authorized more money, his staff would have looked harder. Furthermore, Mr. B was sent pictures of the damage to our camper on 5/8 and failed to order or replace what had been damaged. On 6/25, after multiple calls, I reached out to Mr. B to only find out that the manufacturer does not make the parts they damaged. I have not received any calls and am made to believe that I will just have to live with the damage that Alpin Haus has done to my personal property and this is my only option. I am seeking reimbursement of the alleged "diagnostic fee" and for the damage done to my camper be repaired or replaced.

Alpin Haus I bought a 2015 *** in 2016 at the Amsterdam location from a sales person named Ron

I bought a 2015 *** in 2016 at the Amsterdam location from a sales person named Ron. They convinced me to buy the extend warranty saying that it covers everything, to the point that he even said your "son could put a hole in the wall and it would be covered" Since my camper stays on sight and does not move Alpin Haus even told me that you can schedule road calls with other customers at the camp that use Alpin Haus so you can split the cost of the road call fee. This sounded like a good deal so I bought this $2995 extended warranty so we would be covered. This year when I opened camp I had multiple issues with broken parts, come small and some big. I wasn't to worried because I had the extended warranty. The first problem I had was the clips that hold my fresh water line into the camper broke and flooded my camper. Second big issue was my one camper window was cracked on top right corner. I called Alpin Haus and was informed that due to corna virus the road calls were closed. I was told it should be opening soon and that they would keep me updated and on a list. Three weeks went by and never once got a call letting me know what was going on, and then my freezer in the camper stopped working and I lost all my frozen meats, but the fridge part worked. I see on *** that they are doing road calls again. When I called they said that is starts the following Monday, but either way I had to reach out to stay informed. Then when I talked to Allie who is in charge of road calls I asked when they would be coming so I can set a time and also my camp neighbor bought his camper there and we were going to split the road call fee. That's when I was informed that they don't do that and when I said that's not what they told me when I bought it, the response was " That's why the person doesn't work here anymore. Then goes on to tell me that they will have to come out twice once for pictures and part numbers and then a second time to do the work. The extended warranty only covers around $125 or $145 of the road call fee. I said I have pictures and cant write down the part numbers that way they only have to come once and pay roughly $25-$35 for one road call fee, but was told No it's policy that they have to come twice. I also found out that with the fridge they wont work on them because its's a residential fridge even though it was in the camper when purchased. I have to have a whirlpool specialist come out and look at it and then determine if it has to be replaced. It should have been told to us when we bought the camper that they wont work on residential fridges because now I have to deal with the problem. Alpin Haus already said that it could takes month to get a specialist there because their is no one around to do it. They offered me a temporary fridge that i would have to pick up, but I don't have a vehicle to do that. I was then told they could bring one when they do the road call, but I'm not paying a road call for them to pick it up down the road because it's just cheaper to buy a new fridge and save from two more road call fees. So I scheduled them to come the following Wednesday at 10AM because I work nights and get out a 9am. I had told Allie that I would call her back and confirm because I had to get permission from the owner for them to come due to the corna virus. When I called back within an hour she was busy and I waited on the line with some guy and I finally told him to let her know yes to Wed at 10am and no to the fridge. That Wed I left work and got up to camp and waited at 11am I called and was wondering where they were and was told my appointment was for the following Wed at noon. I spoke to Allie and was told no one was available but she talked to her boss and they were going to send a shop guy. Was suppose to be there around 12:30, I waited and at 1:30 called again. The guy showed up at 1:45 and I will say this he has been the only helpful and honest person I dealt with from Alpin Haus. I also told him about my awning arm not lining up and closing right and that the one arm was bent. He took the pictures and part numbers and fixed a few small items. He gave me a bill because he was told to and I went to Alpin Haus the next day and they said it was a mistake and that they had waived the road call fee because I waited almost 6 hours. I spoke with someone and had told him I wasn't pleased at the communication process and how everything I was told when I bought the camper isn't true. He apologized and said that it was before his time. I waited a week and called to find an update on the list of things to be fixed because they have to send it to the warranty. They told me they would put a call and get back. Allie a week later text me at night and said what was covered and what wasn't. I called back the next day and Allie was busy so I spoke to someone else. I asked what was covered and how much these parts are and the labor amount and then I did the same for the not covered items. The parts covered are for a total of $60 roughly, but the window wasn't covered and that is $520 plus $120 for shipping and like $175 for labor, the second item not covered was the awning $300.38 plus $264 for labor. I said this warranty is a scam and that it doesn't cover anything of value just $20 parts. I told her I was told when I bought it that I was told it covers everything. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn't in, but they would leave a message for him to call me. Today has been a week and still no call from owner. Even though they told me he's a hands on owner. The only calls I have gotten from Alpin Haus has been Allie this week asking for a date to fix he covered stuff and to find out about the other not covered items. I haven't responded because I want to speak to owner. I've been lied to and manipulated this whole time into buying a product that wasn't going to do anything and in buying a camper on the pretense that I was going to get this great service which hasn't happened. Most of the complaints filed with the ComplaintsBoard.com is with the service.
