Dignity Health Dr K Goodman review: Runaround medical service

I hurt my back went to urgent care because pain doctor does not give medication. Wanted me to get new MRI and gave me 7 day meds. Told to call surgeon could not request MRI. Called doctor she referred me to the pain doctor again. But told them what happened and they never called me back to let me know the final decision.

Also had X-ray of nose and waited so long to call me back there was nothing I could do, it was fractured. Told her I could not breathe and had a CT scan she never called me back. When I called about MRI I told her assistant I am having trouble breathing with no call back. Dr Karen Goodman is a terrible doctor that never resolves any issues.

I mentioned to her during covid I needed to talk to someone because of my anxiety and depression, she gave me a list of doctors that weren’t taking patients. Also had told her that I was thinking of hurting myself she did not seem to care. So tired of getting run around. Please help.
