Digital Air Strike, Scottsdale Arizona review: Digital marketing

In 2022 we were contacted by Digital Air Strike to conduct some Google Marketing to help our dealership drive business. We gave them a try, was told that it was a 3 month commitment. We signed up and saw zero results, they tried to back there claims with analytics, but the bottom line is we saw NO increase in traffic. We were billed Monthly from the 6th to the 5th of the following month. In the 4th month I informed them we wished to cancel and I was informed that I had to give a months notice. On the 2nd of the month they were informed we would cancel at the end of that months billing. The informed us that we were obligated to the 31st of the next month (58 days) because it was based on a calendar month not a billing month. I informed them of my dissatisfaction and that I was not authorizing any advertising after the end of the month. They were removed from our digital sources and we paid for the last month. They are continuing to bill us for that final month and have now turned us over to collections. I am sure they will find a way to squash this review as this is what they do, but it is bad business on there part. We run an honest dealership and if we treated customers this way we would be out of business tomorrow. I am watching for there next expo or convention event and will go there at my own expense to share this story in front of their both if necessary to let the world know what kind of Scammers these guys are.
