Diesel.com review: Poor *(non existent) "customer service"

I have been a Diesel customer since 1990's. I supported their stores and tried to bring new customers into their store so they would remain as a retailmpresence instead of having to buy flagship stores like Macy's etc. But they didn'y retain their main store during their bankruptcy so I was forced to order online. I've ordered through various other online stores like Nordstrom, SSense, YOOK, Lysts, etc and didn't even had to think about customer service. It wasn't until I ordered online through Diesel that my online experience had been disillusioned by the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My main gripe is the way they dispatch *(or don't have a dispatch department)and handle shipping. I think if they spent as much time on shipping as they did making a horrible user unfriendly website they would receive more positive reviews.

Desired outcome: Ship items that are three wweeks late with a more priority service instead of shipping it on a cheaper rate requiring another two weeks to receive.
