These people are charging me illegal bills that do NOT match my paid bills I pay directly to so calf Eddison

Yet they are still trying to bill me for that person utility bills, now I have just contacted so cal; Edison and had all online connectivity removed including mine now I can no longer read my own billings I want this matter resolved

manager claims KItty told the SoCal Edison the apartments WAS vacant
Edison has no records at all neither does SoCal gas i 'M SICK OF BEING Lied TO THE MANAGERS RESPONSABLE She sat on a release document from kitty for over a month and tallied up those bills not my problem I had to fight to get that document from then they owe the money not me

this in NOT resolved I have received additional charges and I have proof everything is paid in full yet I have payment confirmations stored. Conservice OR Promenade Terrace manager is doing this I want this stopped their charging fore 7/1/2021 electric bill already paid and now adding in an additional water bill for the same date . Look all my bills are paid in full I do not have an account with con service period. Here you talk to them() i have screen shots of all the payments made to date. management is manipulating their records and hiding access online to my history on their we site. it's blocked
