Devil Dog Services LLC review: Inferior work

On around July 5th I hired Devil Dog Services Anthony Gackle to come look at my watering system that is on a well, due to low pressure. I had pressure when I ran on city water. When he came I showed him a sleeve that held the part coming up from the well to the part that is connected to the pump that had a crack in it. But instead of listen to me he puts his hands onto the pipes and starts to press down and pull up on pipes. Well within a few seconds we hear a crack, and the pipes cracked at the pump connection. Since there was no way to repair the section he gets on his phone and orders from home depot replacement pieces. Then after he gets back and rebuilds that section of the system. When we turn the water on the part he just replaced shoot up into the air. It had exploded from the water pressure. Luckily only one part broke of which we had a replacement part to use. So the next day I go to water and everything seem fine. But the next time I go to water I have no water. I go investigate and the part that goes into the well had fallen off. I then text Anthony and tell him my pump is still not working. He comes and re-cements that section again. I go to water and it seemed fine again. But when I go to water again the same thing happened that the part had again fallen down into the well part with only the elbow holding it up. I knew this time he could not fix it and I called someone else. I paid Anthony $150.00 the first time and $125.00 for a total of $275.00. Then I had to pay someone else over $143.00 to get my pump fixed. I asked him to refund $175.00 which he said he would when he finished the job he was on. This all happened in July as the other guy came Aug 1st and 3rd. Anthony has yet to pay me back as he promised. I doubt he will. I told him I would file a small claims court, but have not done it yet. I was giving him a chance to make it right. After all I was giving him $100.00 for breaking my system. But since we both agreed on $175.00 I thought he would pay it.
