I am a BahnBonus member [protected]) since many years. I travel regularly and have collected many points. I see in the DB App that my BahnBonus is now blocked. i have not done this. May I understand the reason why this is blocked? SInce when is it blocked and what needs to be done to reactivate it ith all my collected points? I had called the customer care number and they were of no help.
