Today, I finally had enough and marked my message as URGENT. I told 'em straight up that if they don't respond by 5 PM today, I'm gonna contact my Connecticut Attorney General Tong and even the FDA. I mean, if they're selling potentially unsafe stuff and can't even be bothered to answer the phone or return my calls, then they're just asking for trouble.

Let me tell ya, I'm fed up with this lousy customer service from a company that sent me a dodgy product. They're a complete failure in my book. I say, steer clear of 'em like the plague.
