It was our pleasure to work with Deluxe Roofing & Construction. Bobby made the process of replacing our roof, gutters, fence, & garage door effortless. We appreciated his honesty, professionalism and knowledge. His crew was efficient and clean-up was spotless. He kept the project on schedule and completed everything in a timely manner exceeding our expectations. We have given his name to several friends and will definitely use Bobby for future needs.

The crew was efficient and handled the fairly large project with multiple buildings in a single day. Brad L and Deluxe Roofing & Construction are amazing! We had hail damage from recent storms and had a few things wrong with our home. Brad L and his team were able to help us with it all. Including the issues that came up with the insurance company Brad just jumped in and took care of it for us with out hesitation. My roof looks great now! They really went above and beyond. If your looking for an honest company that does quality work I would definitely call Deluxe Roofing & Construction!

Can't say enough good things about Deluxe Roofing and Construction. We originally contacted them based on a referral from another very happy customer to repair storm damage that wasn't done correctly the first time by someone else. We were so impressed with the work done by Brad and his crew that they are the only company I've considered using or refer neighbors to since then. When the time comes to replace the entire roof Deluxe gets the contract and I trust Brad and his crew to deliver another outstanding experience.

They were such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning until the end. They came out and did a walk through with our insurance claim representative to help make our hail damage case. Once they started the replacement, they realized the damage was more extensive than they initially thought. They worked closely with our insurance company diligently to ensure that everything was completed and covered, considering the unsafe conditions. They even showed great attention to detail in their clean up, which we truly appreciate. We highly recommend them. Juan and Chad (owner) have exceptional customer service!

Definitely would recommend Deluxe Roofing and Construction. After major hail storm hit our area, Deluxe Roofing and Construction was recommend by a friend. He came out to inspect roof then came back to meet with insurance adjustor to ensure all damage was included in the report up front so there were no surprises. He was always available to answer our questions and walked us thru everything happening. Very professional. Excellent job on the roof and everything was completed on time. I will keep his card and recommend him to all my friends and definitely use him again should the need arise.

We had a skylight that needed to be resealed. A friend recommened Bobby. Bobby came out to check my skylight. He found the problem and fixed it. He stayed on the roof for what seamed like a long time. We hadn't discussed a price and I was getting a little concerned. When he came down, he had not only fixed the skylight, but checked the entire roof. He sealed all things needing attention and cleaned out the gutters and trimmed a tree branch nearing the roof. When I asked him how much I owed, he said I owed nothing. All he asked was that I use him when I need a new roof and to recommend him to friends. What a great man.

I would highly recommend Deluxe Roofing! There's no need to keep looking for any other company! From start to finish our experience with Deluxe has been great! Our project manager was Josh, he is very knowledgeable not only about his job but also the insurance adjuster's job. He has gone out of his way to make sure we've been satisfied with the whole process. Since this was our first time dealing with our insurance he guided us through the whole process. They replaced our roof, installed new gutters and replaced our window screens. We have absolutely no complaints! We couldn't be happier about how great our home looks! Quality work from a Quality company!

We saw a neighbor go through the process of re-roofing, were impressed with the speed and quality we saw. Our house had a very old roof and we weren't sure the insurance would cover it. We called Deluxe roofing and Brad L became our contact. He was very knowledgeable about materials and the process and very patient with our questions. He took us through the process starting with the insurance company (he actually participated in the call to give them the particulars they needed for the claim) and was also present when the adjuster did his on-site inspection. The workers were efficient and cleaned up well after the project. I would highly recommend Deluxe Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof and ask for Brad!

Highly recommend Bobby and Deluxe Roofing. After being hit with not 1 but 2 hail storms, Bobby was quick to get us scheduled for an inspection, arranged his schedule to meet our insurance appraiser to go over all necessary repairs to ensure estimate accuracy, assisted with HOA approval and got us in for a full replacement quickly! The level of customer service and finished product has been and is amazing! The amount of pride the Deluxe roofing crew put into their work really shows- from covering windows, tarps on the ground, countless trips around the yard with magnets and even ensuring all trash and debris were removed before packing up. This level of service is hardly found anymore, but so thankful for Bobby and his crew and incredibly happy with the finished product!

I really appreciated the professionalism of Deluxe Roofing. They did great work and cleaned up very well after the roof was replaced. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Juan Fuentes went above and beyond in keeping me updated through texts and phones calls on next steps and updates so I wasn't left wondering. That was something that really stood out to me. He also took the time to explain the process and other information and was patient when I had a lot of questions. I am so grateful that someone recommended Deluxe Roofing to me, because I had spoken to 2 contractors before and wasn't feeling sure about them. I would like to take this opportunity to write about an outstanding level of service we experienced with Deluxe Roofing. Our project manager, Josh Thompson, was professional, responsive and provided excellent communication to us. We were kept very well informed of the overall progress and set the expectations for us so we had a clear understanding of when the work would be done, by whom, and when it would be completed. The roof installation team was very detail oriented and ensured our property was thoroughly protected while installation processes were completed. Josh's attentiveness further reinforced our decision in selecting Deluxe Roofing as our contractor and we have been very outspoken in our community as to the amazing level of service we received. We highly recommend them and should nature take another ugly turn, we would not hesitate to employ their services again. Josh has done an amazing job in explaining the entire end-to-end process and his overall customer service skills are nothing short of excellence. Yesterday, April 7, I met Bobby Binion of Deluxe Roofing & Construction. I saw him measuring my neighbors roof and looking at their gutters. My husband and I had just mentioned a couple of days before that we needed to get our gutters cleaned out so I asked him if he did that. He said, "Of course I do plus roofs and others things." I asked him to look at my gutters and give me a price. He said, "Let me finish up here and I'll be right over." I was working in one of my raised gardens in the backyard and kept hearing something... finally I walked up to the front gate, unlocked it and opened it and Bobby Binion was putting up a ladder where he had been looking at my gutters. He then started explaining that he found debris in my gutter by the front porch and cleaned that out but didn't see anything in the rest of them. I said, "Oh, you haven't even given me a price yet!" He said, "Oh, no ma'am, I'm not going to charge you for this." I didn't know what to say, I was shocked and taken back a bit. I think I may have said, "Oh my, well thank you and then said, are you still going to look at the back?" He said, "Oh yes, I'm just going to get a slightly smaller ladder and I'll be right there." He did what he said he was going to do, found a problem with our back gutter that wasn't draining because of a child's ball that was blocking the drainage hole, checked the drain pipe and said it was clear. He also mentioned that he checked my roof while he was on his ladder and that our roof was perfectly good, he didn't see any problems. He offered that information without me asking. I had been wondering and that put my mind at ease. I offered again to pay him for his trouble and he said, "Absolutely not, I was happy to help you." My husband and I are in our upper 60's and no longer climb ladders so this was such a wonderful act of kindness and much appreciated that I just had to let you know what kind of person he is and the company he is associated with can surely be trusted.
