There are a few punch list items that need to be completed, the work at my home has been pending these items for an extended amount of time. I have reached out to Mr. Pop on three occasions, please take a look at the text message and email messages below. He has not replied.
I provided pictures of most of the items that need attention, however listed all the items needed.
1) The plumbing: needs to be fastened, when the sprinklers go off... the house
makes a lot of noise.
2) The house numbers need to be installed. (I have the numbers on hand)
3) The door/wall stoppers have to be reinstalled (I have those on hand)
4) The kitchen Window needs to be installed.
5) All of the window blinds are missing either the top portion and/or the ends.
6) the New renovated bathroom is missing the window treatment (this is a bathroom and needs privacy).
7) Debris from the re-stucco needs to be removed from the perimeter of the home.
8) The master bedroom has a crack on the edge.
9) The new installed flooring needs to be fixed in various areas. It is a tripping hazard. A couple of pieces have silicon in between, however it does not match the rest of the installation.
10) The entrance door, needs to be repainted in the interior... it has a couple of patches that were missed.
11) front door missing flooring in the entrance.
12) Laundry room cabinets (paint is stripped, chipped or smudged)
13) The exterior Laundry room vent needs to be reinstalled.
14) Water hose holder is full of paint.
15) a total of 2 cement steps leading to the back patio are missing.
16) 2 doors previously removed need to be hauled away.
17) Laundry room door is hard to open and close.
18) front door is hard to open and close.
19) In my son's bedroom, there is a hole in the closet door as a result of the
bathroom renovation.
20) the counter top of the vanity and one door are damaged, in the New
renovated bathroom.
