Delois B. Hill review: not a complaint, I need help

I am trying to get the payoff balance on my Loan account #79378. I do not have a complaint. I have made several attempts to get this information, because I want to pay the balance off by 9-27-19. I tried to send a fax 4 times with by signature for this request but the fax did not go thru. I used my home fax machine from [protected]. Your staff is very thorough in explaining the procedure to optain this information. I understand that due the the privacy act they cannont give this information by phone. However, I am ill and find it difficult to get out and go somewhere to get the fax sent. Can this information be sent to my e-mail account which is d. hill1348 @comcast.net. If so, I can have the balance sent to your company before 9-27-19. By taking a copy of the Check on my cell phone and sending it to you. I did this before. If this helps I can tell you that I sent an extra payment on 01-24-19 for $1178.44 by using my cell phone, and you draft $695.84 each month from my Home Town Bank account. The last draft was made on 09-10-19. Is there any way this information can be obtained by the internet thru your web sight. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Delois Bowe Hill
