This is what you write:
A copy of my letter to the Governor's Obudsman today regarding DHS

Dear Bailey,

Mental health professionals are obligated to be knowledgable and competent in their diagnosis. This is standard 2.01 of the ethics code of the APA. It mandates that mental health professionals are not allowed to diagnose outside the boundaries of their professional competence.

It's not my obligation to educate mental health professionals. It is their obligation to already be knowledgable.

Diagnosing someone beyond the boundary of professional competence which causes harm to the client, and subsequently harm to their children, is cause for actions against the mental health professional and the agency that represents them.

3.04 of the ethics code prohibits professionals that cause harm to the client.

In addition, diagnosing beyond the boundaries of professional competence that causes harm to the client might also represent grounds for lawsuit for this binding site of ignorance.

A scientifically based foundation with professional standards of practice on the attachment-based model of role reversal, trauma re-enactment, regulatory object cross general coalition, to which all mental health professionals are held accountable, where there are specific domains of professional knowledge necessary to establish boundaries of professional competence, and scientific literature necessary for professional competence, and understanding why "parental alienation" represents child psychological abuse is required. Failure to identify psychological child abuse because of professional ignorance is a cause for action.

I am not asking for professional competence. I am expecting it.

My caseworker is unable to see the pathogen lurking beneath the veil of concealment and she made a diagnosis of me and my family past her professional competence. This binding site of ignorance that the pathogen is exploiting to disable the mental health response to role reversal, trauma re-enactment, regulatory object, and cross-generational coalition is inexcusable and represents grounds for a lawsuit.

My children and I are a special population and we require specialized knowledge and expertise to competently assess, diagnose, and treat.

Sincerely,

What this means is taht she is not competent enough to see the real truth that is happening in your household because she does not have enough training. and, if she allows your kids to go to an alcoholic aunt, who can't care for them and who basically 'kidnapped' your children, then she is allowing child abuse to happen. and that is where the second clause comes in. it says that you can sue if it is found that your kids are being abused and if they were taken out of your hands without adequate proof.

How did I learn this? I went on youtube and put Dr. Craig Childress 's 6 videos about 'parental alienation' on loop while I slept, one the first night, the second the next, etc.and then I went to work learning. You must make sure you follow an attachment-based model to parental alienation in oreder to get your kids back.

You may leave me a way to contact you because I am growing a coalition of people who are in the same situation. We can all make change if we gather together.
