When I checked in on May 13th to fly from Syndey to Shanghai, I found there is NO Premium Economy Class on that flight MU736, though I paid and bought Premium Economy and I was forced to fly in Economy Class. The return Flight was the same.
What I mean is that I paid a Premium Economy for the flight with only Business and Economy class.
Upon returning from the trip, I contacted the Ticketing Agent, BudgetAir.com.au for 5 times for the Refund / Compensation, but they keep saying I should make a claim to you as your ailine is responsible for this embarrasing experience !
