Dasmen Residential review: Over charging of rent

I rented an apartment from this Dasmen Residential for three years with Abby Ridge Apartments on Martin L. King Jr Dr in Atlanta. There had always been electrical problems were the sockets would get extremely hot to the touch and even spark fire on occasions. All problems had been reported to not only the leasing office but also the corporate office. Dasmen residential also rent units out knowing of the extensive pluming issues were raw sewage backup through the tub, toilet and sinks (including the kitchen) within the apartments. On Sept. 27, 2022 a fired occurred and my neighbor was killed while her mother was severally burned. The fired was absolutely 100% preventable. I am now getting emails stating I owe them 2080. I have all of my receipts and bank statement to prove I do not owe then 2080. Mr. Terri Begg is a complete crook and scammer. I along with many others have been emailing and calling him for months to have him repeatedly give everyone the excuse of having laryngitis. I have sent him proof of all rental payments. He continues to make up fake bills and balances proclaiming that I owe. Beware of not the community but the owners. He is a scam artist, I hate to go to court over 2000 but I can't allow them to tarnish what little credit I have.
