Damac Maison Astor review: Poor maintenance / servicing... Foul smell in apartment due to low quality materials and leakages

Myself, an unlucky tenant of damac astor madison, majan feels regret as well as hatred to its peak that I opted this building for staying with my wife and kid. The prime issue which we encounter here is the emission of that foul smell while switching on the ac unit fitted in the room. Even though we have filed complaints regarding this matter a couple of times, no actions are taken by the concerned authority to rectify the same. It is clearly evident that the leakage of wash room/toilet water from the room right above is resulting in this worse condition. All the tenants in the same line as that of ours are facing this same issue. Even at 40 degree celsius during the day time we are sweating. Likewise in the night, we are now used to sleep in the balcony area. As of now, we feel totally cheated as the stay here is that a struggle to get through. Sincerely speaking no one should never ever opt this damac residence at any cost.
