dalymusic.com review: Fraud 2

I ordered guitar and bass from the website www.dalymusic.com. I paid with my card and the seller sent me the receipt with the tracking number. After several days I received my order, which was damaged. I called them several times and argued with them, but they only gave me empty promises to send another instrument or change the broken, but I received nothing and lost money. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

Complaint looks bogus. I think the response from a company rep is good. I also checked the website (dalymusic.com), and what the customer care person wrote is true. False complaints like this should be removed by the Complaints Board -- it's not fair to shoppers or sellers.

This complaint is a complete fabrication. Daly Music (dalymusic.com) has been in business since 1998. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products as well as a 30-day return policy. Any product that arrives damaged or defective is replaced or refunded. Period.

An anonymous complaint such as this is clearly aimed to simply tarnish our good name. Most likely, it has been posted by a competitor.
