I ordered some books from Cyn City Comics (http://www.cyncitycomics.com/) on Black Friday 2021. They said they were taking pre-orders for a new book on their *** page. I got a few copies, but now it's past the release date and I still haven't gotten my order. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging them on social media, but they haven't answered me. Their shop in Cynthiana is closed too, and I don't know why.

They don't pick up the phone or reply to messages. They even shut down their email. No updates or replies to questions on *** or *** websites since January. I just want the stuff I bought or at least a message telling me what's going on.
