Cure Auto Insurance review: Complaint

My complaint is with cure auto insurance company. I filed a claim with them on September 2nd pertaining a tree falling on my 2013 BMW. I didn't get a response from an adjuster to 3 days later after calling myself to see who my adjuster would be. I briefly spoke with 2 adjuster and both gave me vague information about my claim and said they would get back with me. They finally sent an appraiser out 15 days later and he told me that he would get back with me in 2 days and I never heard back from him. Now here it is 25 days later my truck is wide open, they have given me no updates on what is going on and I am still carless due to a full coverage policy not including rental car service. I will not be referring them to family or friends ever.
