I have recently noticed an unauthorized debit to my bank account from a company that I had been paying a subscription to however I had this cancelled some seven months ago. I have not been notified about this transaction and I do not wish to purchase any further service from this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I subscribed for a 3-day trial on one of Cupid Bill's sites, and have been battling with them every month (3 months in a row so far) to reverse unauthorised charges. The latest one has an email add that isn't mine attached to it. They are getting more creative AND more demanding, now they want proof that my card was charged! As if they don't know!
