cumming chevrolet is a bad place to do biz with. they dont even answer ur calls and hide from u. dont make the same mistake i did, be careful of this terrible dealership.

I just got a car from Cumming Chevrolet in ***, . I called customer service and the serv/ce counter a few times, but they put me on hold and didn't answer. I called again two days ago and left a message with a young lady named ***. She said she'd give the message to the service counter and someone would call me back. But they didn't. This is what you can expect when you buy from Cumming Chevrolet.

I drove my car off the lot with bad tires, one blew up on the freeway. No spare, had to get towed and buy a new tire. They took a month to get me a new one. USB ports don't work, they ignored my complaints. Terrible customer service, ignored my calls and emails. DMV says car wasn't sold to me, someone else's name. Filing a claim against them.

Read the reviews before you go to Cumming Chevrolet. My 2015 Chevrolet Camaro had a warning light issue and they charged me $170 to diagnose it. Then they wanted $1,000 to replace the Engine Control Module and $600 to replace 5 wires instead of testing each one. I dropped off my car on Monday July 20 and it's still not fixed as of Wednesday July 29. The service guy, Esteban, played phone tag with me for a week before he really tried to tell me what was going on. There are so many bad reviews about Cumming Chevrolet, I wish I had done more research. Even some of their employees are unhappy with the owners and managers. I hope they fix my car and that it runs right. If not, they better honor their 2 year warranty on parts and labor. I'm not holding my breath, but maybe they'll finish the repairs by Thursday July 30.

I ain't gonna do no business with Cumming Chevrolet. I went on Sunday 6/26/22 to check out a Spark that I thought was new. When I took it for a spin, I saw it had 10K miles on it. The sales dude was pretty helpful & said he reckoned it might be a trade in. When I asked the General Sales *** about it, he said he couldn't give me the name or number of the person trading it in. I asked for a certified copy of the used vehicle only to find out they bought it via Car *** Today 6/28/22 at 'bout 11:45 my sales guy said I could come & buy a new 2022 Spark. When I got there, *** told me they were waiting on a part for the steering column & that it would be 'bout 4:30? We couldn't find the car for me to look at 'cause it was already up on a rack for whatever they had to replace & the mechanic said it would be 'bout 1/2-1:00 wait. Again, conflict of information given to me. *** wanted full asking price even though it's a brand new car & already needed repair. I ain't gonna go back there as I don't think they're trustworthy.

I went to Cumming Chevrolet to buy a car, but it was a terrible experience. The person who greeted us, ***, said we could get a 2022 trax, but they didn't have any at the time. She called us a week later to say there was one available, but when we got to the dealer, the car was already sold. They ran my social security number so many times that my credit score went down by 48 points. The salesman, ***, called us later to say we could get a car, but we would have to put down a $7k deposit. This is terrible customer service and communication. They don't take care of their customers. I won't be going back to this dealership again.

about. I brought my car to Cumming Chevrolet for service and they did a great job. The staff was friendly and helpful. They fixed my car quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car needs.

I got a truck from Cumming Chevrolet in 2019. They told me it could tow a lot of weight, but when I got it, it could only tow a little bit. I needed it to tow a heavy trailer, but they didn't help me out. Then, when COVID happened, they didn't help me even more. It's been a problem and they don't want to help me now.

I talked to them yesterday to fix a problem from when I went to their store on July 17. I didn't know they did 3 hard checks on my credit that made my score worse. I talked to Transunion, and they told me to get a letter from Cumming Chevrolet saying that all 3 checks were for one credit application. When I got it, Transunion said they would take away 2 of the hard checks. Transunion said this is normal. Cumming was mean and acted like they were better than me, and they never called me back like they said they would. They didn't help me at all.

My mom got a car from Cumming Chevrolet on Feb 20, 2022. When we got home, I checked the papers and saw some mistakes. We went back at 2:05pm the same day to cancel the contract, but they said they couldn't do it. They had a law code on their wall, but when I asked for it, they told me to *** off. It was frustrating because they didn't communicate well, and we left on bad terms. They left a voicemail for my mom to come back and cancel it, so we went back on Feb 21, 2022. *** tried to intimidate me by saying he would call my work and kick me out if I spoke. But my mom consented for me to speak on her behalf because he doesn't speak her primary language. Another guy came and told her to sign some papers to cancel the contract, but I said she needed someone who speaks Spanish to help her. He said there wasn't anyone. Luckily, *** and Issias showed up and translated some of the papers for her. Although they fixed the issue, *** went too far by looking me up and threatening me. I didn't sign any paperwork and wasn't their customer.

I went to Cumming Chevrolet on 13 Oct 2020 at *** am for an oil change. My service guy said it wouldn't take long and his guys usually finish it in a few hours. They gave me a ride home. I called my guy at *** pm but he didn't answer, so I called the service department and waited less than a minute. The lady said they ran out of oil and it would take another hour at most. I called again at 4:57 pm and the lady said everyone left for the day. I asked for the manager but she was rude and said I had to wait until the morning. I was mad because they didn't tell me and I couldn't get groceries. The lady was rude too. They need to do better.
