Culver's review: Shrimp

I ordered a 6 piece shrimp and was told it didn't come in 6 piece (despite the menu stating such) so I asked what size the shrimp came in, I was told 2, 4 and 8. So I ordered 8. When I got home I realized they were chicken tenders — I ate two of them and my boyfriend ate one. I called the restaurant and was told by the person that answered that the person who took my order heard 'tenders'. I don't know how Shrimp can be confused as Tenders. Plus shrimp comes in 6 pieces. Then I was given to the manager who again told me the person who took my order heard tenders. Again, the people in the car with me clearly heard shrimp. I was told if I don't bring the food back right now there is nothing they can do. I told the manager he lost a customer.
