Culver's - service

On 12/07/19, I purchased 1 spcy chix bsk with an extra fry. After making it home that day I noticed the top bun was missing. I took a picture of it and called the store [protected] and Spoke with an manager so I thought. During the phone conversation over the phone the lady said that the only thing that will be replaced was the sandwich. "I explained the point was that my order was not complete due to a part was missing and the spcy chicken bsk should be replace, due to that's what I ordered and also for the inconvenience". Today, I went inside to pick up the order and I seen Mr. Neil the manager and explained that I'm here to pick up the order that was messed up on 12/07/19 and showed the picture as well. He then told the lady Zulma and she remembered speaking with me regarding the sandwich. I explained again that I'm here to pickup the order that was incomplete. Zulma the team leader, keep stating that she was only replacing the sandwich. By thia time another lady (Jen) heard and said to Zulma we will make the order correct. Zuma then rewrote the corrections in the tablet. I then said, "I asked to speak with a manager that day and Zulma the team leader, no wonder she don't know how to make right what was wrong with a customer". Jen replied, "that's my mom so don't talk about her like that". I then replied, "what does her being your mom have to do with this professional setting". I then said, "you shoukd never bring up who a person is to you to a customer, that has nothing to do with anything and your relationship to your mother shouldn't be brought up at anytime". I then told both I will be contacting the corporate office and they both said go ahead. It is my experience as a customer an employee that all personal relationships are just that and should never interfere while dealing with a customer. Mr. Neil stood by and said nothing or made any apologizes regarding the behaviour. As a customer, I'm not surprised at how any customers are being dealt with in the manner such as this. Customer service is and always should be the most important service that is provided. I also am aware that some customers are rude and very disrespectful at times as well. However, today was not on me the customer. I requested and this was the response and behavior I was given. I love giving business to the places around me, but not if this is the out come.
