Culver's review: Paid for cheeseburger but did not get it

9:45 pm 5/15/21 store 271 ordered food thru drivethru, got my food, even checked the bag and looked like it was all there, I get home and relized that I was wrong and my cheesburger never was put in the bag, so I called sotre 271 at 10:02pm and was told that they are now closed and cannot do anything about it. So I ask for a manager who was very rude and said the same thing. What?! I just left there 10 minutes ago and this is what they said to me after I paid for all of my food but did not recieve all of it. Ive never been more angry in my life, people should not get treated like this, they could have and should have tried harder to make it right, I was willing to drive back to that sotre to get what was mine but "no we are closed, call back tomorrow" page was the manager at that visit and should be fired
