Culver's review: Orders, cleanliness inside restaurant, girl employees, cell phone use while on the job, etc.

Orders: requested well done... Burger still raw. 2 times thru
Drive-thru...2 more inside the restaurant.

Employees: female employees 3-4 of them.. Loud talking, laughing out loud, huddled together talking doing zero. Cell phones in hands during work. Must also state... Some of the black female employees weave braids that are too long down to their butts... Should be in a braid scarf which holds the hair inside & can still wear their work hats. Male employees we noticed were on point doing their job.

Cleaniness of restaurant inside: horrible impression. Paper on floors by seating, cup tops on floor by order counter. Employees huddled together could have been cleaning up the trash instead of thinking the job is just a party.

You need to make a secret visit to this restaurant without managers know you are coming. Place an order inside, observe your order, sit and watch.. You will be surprised on what you see & hear. Secondly, do the same at the drive-thru. I am not telling you this to hurt or for anyone to lose their job, but people I have spoke to feel that management needs to get on the ball with these young folks to rethink the training and for them to take the job seriously... First impression can make or break this restaurant in flint township, michigan
