I am writing concerning the meal I received on 10/31/2021 at the W washing ctr rd. Fort wayne In location. Our food was cold and made my husband sick. We had to wait for about 20 minutes and our hamburgers were cold, the french fries was cold.
Culver's #476, 1425 W washington Center Rd. fort wayne Indiana. Guest #70 at 4:14:10 in the afternoon.

Desired outcome: refund in the amount of $27.94
