Ordered broccoli three different times. Once ice cold from freezer and not steamed. Two other times received small amount in bottom of container, not frizzed, but not warm. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Empty box and sandwich in bottom of sack. When ordering fries with catchup do not get catchup at times even when it's on the order slip. When the order is properly cooked and filled the food is great. Maybe the people cooking and filling orders are not trained well. Thank you j. Spurgeon
