Cudoni is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. They are a bunch of thieves who will steal your items and never give them back. I have been waiting for over a month now and still haven't received my item. They claimed that my item was not authentic, which is a complete lie. I am extremely disappointed with their service and will be seeking legal advice. Do not waste your time with Cudoni, they are a complete scam.

Cudoni is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They are worse than scammers! They came to my home and collected all of my items, promising to sell them for me. However, when they sent me an email with the prices they were offering, I was shocked. The prices were ridiculous! I asked for my items to be sent back to me, and it took them a whole 2 months to do so. When I finally received the box, I noticed that one of my dresses was missing. I have been waiting for an update on this for 1/5 month now, and it is very frustrating. When I finally received an update, they offered me a measly 23? for my Marni silk dress because they couldn't find it. This is unacceptable! I would not recommend Cudoni to anyone.

So, I sent my Nike Air Presto Off White trainers to Cudoni to sell them. They had them for a couple of weeks and then offered me a price that was way lower than what I was expecting. I said no, obviously. Then, they kept my trainers for another three weeks before sending them back to me. But, when I got them back, they weren't the real deal. They were fake! I was so mad! I complained to them, but they kept insisting that they sent me the same trainers back. I know they're lying, though. They're just trying to scam me! Don't trust Cudoni! They're fraudsters! Don't waste your time or money with them!

They claimed that they allowed someone to use a 20% off code for my item, which was supposed to come out of my total cost. However, they valued my bag at ?950 and only offered me ?270 for it!

After they sold my bag, they then told me that I had to wait for 28 days to see if the buyer would return it. Only then would the funds be released to me. The date came and went, but my funds didn't arrive. So, I called them again and was shocked to hear that my bag had been returned. I then had to wait for another 15 days for them to return my bag to me. They had my item for just over 3 months! I'm not sure what kind of dodgy business this is, but I am in the process of seeking legal advice.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Cudoni. Their rates are too high, their communication is poor, and their process is very slow. It's not worth the hassle and stress.

So, I had a chat with the folks over at Cudoni and they said that it would take them around 4-5 days to give me an offer once they get their hands on the item (in this case, it was a Cartier bracelet worth a whopping ?8000). One of their employees, Lucy, came over to my place to collect the bracelet. After waiting for 4-5 days, I didn't hear back from them regarding the offer. So, I politely asked them to return my bracelet as I didn't expect it to take this long. But, they said that it wasn't possible to return it to me at the moment.

As time went by, they started taking longer and longer to respond to my queries. It took them a whopping 2 months to finally return my bracelet to me. And, to make matters worse, they sent it back to me via DPD without any return address on the package. The box was damaged, and I'm still not sure if they gave me back my authentic bracelet.

So, my advice to you is to be very careful when it comes to trusting your precious and valuable items with these folks. It seems like they have no intention of buying or selling them. So, if you want to avoid any potential headaches, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Cudoni, oh boy, where do I even begin? Let me tell you, this company is the Ryanair of "luxury" resale. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with them and I must say, it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I cannot express enough how appalling my experience with Cudoni was.

At first, the service seemed good. However, things took a turn for the worse after they picked up my items. From that point on, they became completely incompetent and made errors at literally every turn. They did not store or ship my items appropriately, resulting in two items which were brand new being returned damaged. Their "fully insured" claim means they'll offer you a measly ?30 or to buy the item for the (very low) price they offered. Can you believe that?

To make matters worse, they shipped my items to the wrong address and with no padding or paperwork. They lost two items and were only aware because I flagged it. It took them a whopping two days to find the items. And get this, they made a "human error" in resulting in undervaluing my Chanel bag by ?1,200. It was only rectified when I questioned this.

To add insult to injury, my items took over a month to be returned to me. Time and time again, I was told items would be returned to me as a priority on X day. And when I followed up, it transpired they hadn't even left the warehouse. Can you imagine the frustration?

In conclusion, I would not recommend Cudoni to anyone. If you're looking for a luxury resale company, use Vestiaire instead. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

In short, I would strongly advise against using Cudoni to sell your designer items. Not only did they offer me embarrassingly low prices, but they also returned my items in a terrible condition. It seems like this company may be fraudulent in one way or another, so I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to sell your designer items online.
