I have been a good customer of Cuddledown for the last 3-4 years and have purchased and spent quite a bit of money.
Recently I purchased an oversize queen duvet and two shams for 267 plus shipping. I then got a new catalogue not a week after I received my purchase where the prices had been reduced: 60 less for the duvet and 22 dollars less for the two shams. I called customer service and asked for either a credit of 82 dollars or I could ship back the products they would refund and send a new shipment. However the oversized queen in no longer available. So I have no choice.
I think it only fair to get credit on a new order in this case but Cuddle down refuses to do this. Therefore I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER AND WILL TELL ANYONE WHO IS USING CUDDLE DOWN OF THEIR UNFAIR POLICY. THANK YOU.
