Crown Nissan Greensboro, NC review: I want the paperwork reviewed by someone else

On July 30, 2022, I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima from Crown Nissan Greensboro, NC. I entered the facility and asked for the individual who sent me a text message. Crown Honda had sent me a text message stating that they looked forward to seeing me at 2:30pm. I actually had the wrong car facility; I was supposed to go to Crown Honda which was down the street. I showed my text message to the salesperson at Crown Nissan, he took my phone and texted 'stop' which prohibited any further communication between myself and Crown Honda. Crown Nissan lied and said the person from Crown Honda was in the general office and they send the customers to them Crown Nissan. I found out they lied. I went ahead with the sales in spite of the lie told. Crown Nissan promised to pay bumper to bumper (150,000 miles), but what they did was added that cost in the paperwork charging me for the cost versus honoring their word. I did not receive any paperwork from them until the next day and it appears someone had signed my name on one of the documents. They stated they gave me 3,000 for a trade in, but the paperwork showed,4,000. In short, Crown Nissan manipulated my paperwork because I am a female when they clearly stated that they would pay the cost of the bumper to bumper. They said they would detail my vehicle. They cleaned the outside and left dust and dirt in the back seat and head rest of the car. The general manager said he would at least get my car back in for detailing and did not honor his word and I have not heard from him to date. He seen no wrongdoing in the lie they told that they would pay the bumper to bumper but was able to charge me for the cost. The entire finance portion for the car was inappropriately made up.
