Cricket Wireless - I am complaining about the service I received after purchasing my new phone plan... The cut off all four lines.

I purchased a one phone line for my daughter in early August. I went in on August 23, 2020 to update to a four line plan. I was told that would include my daughters line, her bill was do in one or two days. After waiting for my three numbers to be ported over to the new plan, I paid $220.66. I was assured this would fully cover four lines, unlimited with hot spots. Two of my phones can't even get Cricket hot spot (or so I was told). The next day, Aug 24, 2020, I called the Cricket store where I had purchased the phone plan because I received a text message stated that I still owed for the first line. I was told "that message is computer generated, don't pay it any mind". The next day, Aug 25, 2020, all four phone lines were disconnected, no service. I called the 1 800 number, they were no help, I could hardly understand what he was saying. So, I went back to the Broadway store were I purchased the phone plans. Halee told me it was nothing she could do, that it was a computer error and I had to call to 1 800 number for them to fix the problem and turn the four lines back on. I called the 1 800 number while still in the store. I was told I had to go back to the store and they could fix the problem, and it was the managers fault... I informed the manger that I was already in the store and asked him to speak with Halee, who originally set up my four phone plan. He agreed to speak to her... they got no where, he blamed her and she blamed him. I was in the store for about two frustrating hours. The manager said he would wave the turn on fee, which he never did. He hung the phone up on me... I could not believe it! I had no other choice but to pay another $56. I needed the phone lines back on ASAP. This whole ordeal has been unbelievable. Halee was very apologetic, however, that did not change the fact that I had to pay almost $300 for the four lines, not to mention the inconvenience of my time. I truly hope and trust that you can rectify this situation. Thank you in advance!
