CRG Contractors in Fairfield NJ review: Refused to give me pictures of the work "supposedly" done. Only gave me "before" pictures.

On 6/20/22, I had "Duke" come and replace a few shingles and seal around my chimney. He showed me the areas that needed work through pictures he took on the roof. He charged $2,200. I paid cash and got a receipt. Neither my husband or I was home when the work was done. Later that night, I texted the company and asked for "after" pictures. The secretary "Sandra" said okay she'll talk to Duke. Two days passed and I requested them again and was told the other worker did my roof, but will get the pictures. A week later, I was told Duke would come by and take pictures for us (The homeowners insurance appraisers nee them), but he never showed. I asked two more times and was told both times he would be there that night and he never showed.
