I gotta say, I'm really diggin' the selection of products over at Creative Safety Supply. They've got some real unique stuff that you just can't find anywhere else. I recently placed an order and I'm pretty excited to get my hands on it.

Now, don't get me wrong, the quality of their products is top-notch. But I gotta be real with ya, their shipping process needs some work. I needed my order ASAP, so I paid for 3-day shipping at the end of February. But wouldn't ya know it, I didn't receive my order until over 10 business days later! When I reached out to their customer service, they told me my order hadn't even left their site yet. Come on, guys, customers expect their orders to be delivered within the requested timeframe. If it's gonna take longer to get an order ready, don't promise express shipping.

I did ask for a refund on the express shipping, but I still haven't received it. Despite all this, I still really like their products. I just hope they can improve their shipping process.

One other thing I'd like to see from Creative Safety Supply is product numbering. Some purchasing software only accepts item numbers to generate POs. That's why I used my credit card to order from them. Our software doesn't accept items without item numbers, so our purchasing department refused to place an order with them. It'd be great if they could add part or catalog numbers to their products.
