I purchased several 3-month Cratejoy subscriptions for Christmas presents this year. I did not want any of them to renew after 3 months. I received an email stating one of my subscriptions was renewing, and that is where the problems started. I was unable to log into my account to cancel the subscription. When I tried the "forgot password" an alert came up stating that was not possibly unless you watch this you-tube video about how to do that, which I did. Then it said a password reset email would be sent, but it never was. I tried this twice. I tried contacting support, but only received automated replies, never was able to talk to a person. My problem still has not been resolved.
Desired outcome: Need to be able to contact a real person to log into account to cancel subscriptions
