I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the delay in the award of the Professional Data Analytics certification upon my successful completion of the Critical 8 Stages Certificate Course for Google Data Analytics.
I completed the course, including all the required assignments and assessments, on Wednesday, 23rd August, 2023. I was under the impression that the certification would be granted promptly upon meeting the course requirements. However, it has now been more than a day since my completion date, and I have yet to receive any communication or documentation regarding my GOOGLE DATA ANALYTICS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE.

As someone who highly values the integrity of the certification process, I believe timely issuance of certificates is crucial to maintaining the credibility of the program.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and would appreciate an update on the expected timeframe for receiving the Professional Data Analytics certification. I have invested significant time and effort into completing the course, and I look forward to the recognition of my achievement.
