Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Marina CA review: Never received the refund I was promised

I had a reservation at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Marina CA

I checked in the hotel on 8/19/2022 the room was not ready and there were no other rooms available. The hotel found a room for me at another hotel which I paid for.

I was promised a refund of $591.12. It's now been 37 days. I have sent a e-mail to the hotel and to the manager, but have not received a reply.

I need help in with this hotel, they have been unresponsive. rece
