Country Imports review: I paid for bms ranch pony utv but they sent me a cheaper stallion utv.

I was sent a Stallion UTV not the Ranch Pony I paid for. Also I have not received a proper bill of sale or Title. Without this paperwork I can't register the UTV in my state. I called multiple times since January 2023 and have been promise my paperwork but nothing yet. Also there are 3 screws for the battery cover that are missing. I was promised they would send them to me. Now no one answers the phone as of today 3/29/2023. And they say their web is under construction. I'll never buy from them again. Additionally I sent my check to Daystar Powersports LLC,
