On Feb 20, 2022 I ordered on line a pair of Peep a boo boots. They were 45.98 plus 10.00 shipping. I wrote to the company March 15th and March 30th and April 5th and all they wrote back to say is the shoes are in transit. This has been a horrible experience, for a company to continue to advertise and fool people into paying for something they are not standing behind. I have also written to the attorney general office as well.
Desired outcome: I want my shoes I ordered and paid for.
I order items regularly from various businesses and I have never been this disappointed in the merchandise and lack of customer service at Cosypairs. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, one was the wrong size (i ordered one size, and they sent a different one), one was less than adequate quality and the third did not fit at all. After contacting customer service for the return process, and exchanging various emails, they stated they are moving and have no return address. They offered 30% refund and told me to give the shoes as a gift. BUYERS BEWARE!
I am having an ongoing experience with COSYPAIRS..I ordered a pair of sneakers from ,when I received them, they were two size bigger than I ordered,when I asked them to send me return information,they said they were sorry that my order was not what I wanted and asked if I could give the sneakers as a gift to someone.I said no no and they offered me a 10% refund.I have been emailing back and forth,I have even sent pictures with the sneaker next to my foot to show them and according to their size chart I was sent the wrong size. This is still going on, their policy says that they will refund my money if it is not my fault,at last email they said they could only give me 30%. What's really sad form me is that I had made another order right after that and when I tried to cancel it ,it was too late and the cost is over a $100. We'll see what happens?
BUYER BEWARE> DO NOT BUY. The return policy is awful. Return fee is $35. They say they will give me a coupon for compensation. We shall see. The shoes have an awful glue smell the minute you open the bag, and the material is crap. Read all the fine print before you purchase anything from them. The only thing they will be responsible for is if they send the wrong item, or the wrong size.
