My group of 10 had a nightmare on Costa Victoria in March 2020 during early stages of the pandemic. We spent the best part of 8 months arguing with Costa Cruises until we reached a settlement, in writing, which included that Costa would issue our entire group with future cruise credit vouchers, which could be used to book a cruise by March 2023, and which can be transferred to family or friends, as long as they are UK citizens.
I am now trying to book a cruise with Costa for my sister, but Costa are saying I cannot transfer my voucher to a 3rd party.
I have the entire exhange of emails, which I have forwarded to Costa, who are still refusing to acknowledge the agreement.
Can anybody help to resolve this please?
Desired outcome: Get Costa to adhere to agreement reached in 2020 regarding use of future cruise vouchers. And get compensation from Costa for putting us through this nightmare all over again.
