CosmicCuts.com review: Amethyst Geode with unusual spots grown and no after sales service to follow up

I contact the shop several times without any reply or follow-up. The shop breaks its promise to provide high-quality products to customers. The product is just put alone in a room, but the appearance shows some unknown white points/spots. Nothing has been done to it. Don't know what happen to it. The shop doesn't give feedback or any help to solve the problems. It is possible that the stone is not high quality at the very beginning, but some treatments in the shop could cover the stone. Hope it is just my misunderstanding of the reason why the stone turns out to be like this. As a responsible seller, the shop at least replies and help the customer to solve the problem. However, no feedback from the shop even after several emails were sent by me. I am doubtful about the product quality and service promised by the shop.
