This is a very bad school. Elaina Parcesepe is an owner/ scam artist. She is making money off of you and you will have nothing to show for it. You think you will be successful as s cosmetologist when your done with school. That is if you finish. You won't know anything and will fail the test. Don't let her talk you into buying your hours. She will take your money and in the end she will you will still owe her money. Get smart and find a more reputable school. You get what you pay for. Nothing!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
As of June 2011, this school has a new owner and a new director and there has been many positive changes for the students.
It is unfortunate to hear about all the prior negative experiences due to past management but at least the negative vibe of this school is now in the past where it belongs

Very bad school, owner is a very unstable person that steals from students.
Ive also witnessed it personally, racist, uneducated opportunist, will be in jail soon
