Received Annual Minutes Compliance Notice requesting a check for $150 so they can complete our "annual minutes" to insure "timely preparation"
They say it's a California Law Annual Minutes Requirement CA Corp. Code sections 5510, 7110, Et. Seq. that states we are to keep minutes.
What is frightening is how much information they have about us.
