I traveled to turkey Antalya on Tuesday 30th of sept, I had tried to check in for my flights twice during the window online and both times it said there was a problem and to check in at the airport. When I got to the airport the company charged me €10pp to do this, while the lady was to busy charging me money she sent my case through without any tags on it. When I told her this she said it’s fine the case will meet me up at the gate and the other Corendon air staff would tag it and get it on my flight.
At the gate I asked about my case again they told me it was coming up and they would tag it and get it on the flight. They asked me to stay to the end of the line to make sure it was done which I did. They then said they couldn’t find the case but it would follow on the next flight and be with us within a day or 2. This has spoiled my whole holiday. Travelling with a husband and 3 kids we have had to buy everything new here which we hadn’t brought spare cash for. All my medications, which I have now had to buy. More expenses.new clothing new shoes I had been buying and putting away since I booked the holiday a year ago,
We have not been able to do any excursions during are holiday because of this and it has actually caused me stress migraines!
I have asked staff which have been no help at all. I just keep getting told to check again tomorrow.
I wish to make a claim, lost baggage, unnecessary expense while i have been here and compensation for what has now turned out to be a holiday from hell!
