Cooper Mortgage review: Mortgage

Cooper aka nationstar is a horrible company.

Terrible customer service with by unsympathetic contract workers. Cooper caused me so much unnecessary stress it's hard to believe they're still in business as I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this.

I call to get answers to my questions and I'm always thrown into a circular loop. They refuse to allow me to talk to a higher up who might actually know what they're doing.

When I was down and out, Cooper was no where to be found. Instead they added all types of bogus fees to pad their greedy pockets. Now that I'm trying to get back on my feet I tried to pay a little extra each month and it's frowned upon. They put the extra money in an unapplied account and then charge me extra for the rubbish.

I just want others to know the devious and unscrupulous practices this company plays. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. Using their complaint site is just a front so that they can cover up their schemes internally. This is what corporations do.
