Saw a post on fb where people were winning new coleman tents (overstock) and only had to pay $7.95 for shipping. It appeared legit and even had posts from other people saying how much they loved their tent and how quickly it arrived, etc. I submitted all required information and paid for the shipping on 09/19/2023. I was charged for shipping and then three days later on 09/2023 I was charged an additional unauthorized fee of $79.00 from the same company. It showed up on my bank statement as pos purchase from everstylehom somewhere in texas.
Desired outcome: This company to be further investigated and some type of settlement where we can get refunds for being scammed out of $90.00. Most of us don't have an extra ninety dollars a month to just throw away.
