Zaful / delivery did not arrive. asked to pay the shipping fee again.

Ordered 2 bikinis last January 17, 2019. I was told it was going to be delivered in 1 week. Almost two weeks later, the order did not arrive so I emailed them Jan. 29, 2018. They replied that the shipping company tried to deliver the order last Jan 25, but that the courier did not try to contact me so they shipped the produt back to ZAFUL. I complained to their customer service, and 3 different people tried to tell me that the order was successfully delivered even though I didn't receive anything. The last CSR was finally able to understand the predicament and told me that he would find a workable solution. They made me choose between sending the order again (but I have to pay an additional shipping fee again) or a partial refund.

    This place is a rip-off and should be closed down! Your items are probably coming from China!
