Take Over Lease

I and my friend decided to rent the flat through the company www.takeoverlease.us. We found nice apartment and contacted the rep, who provided some info about this place. We agreed with their offered price, but it was a little bit high. But we didn’t care, because we were ready to pay. After that we paid for the deposit and waited for the confirmation, but these guys already rented this apartment for different couple. It was impolite and unprofessional towards us.

I recently got new job, so I needed to find new flat. And I needed to do it as soon as possible. I was so disappointed, because the rep advised me to subscribe for their services, and she assured me that it would make the process of searching easier. It was ###, they wanted only money and that’s all. I waited two weeks, paid large sum for the services and got nothing back. I stopped the subscription. Don’t use the website.
