Terrible website!
I've purchased a wedding dress from www.ca-dress.com and it did not arrive. I waited patiently but after a month of waiting I decided to contact their customer service to find out what was going on with my order. I was shocked when they said that they didn't had any information that I even made an order.
I thought that maybe I did a mistake, but when I contacted my bank they said that I really paid Ca-Dresses. These guys did not believe me, they said that they had no information about me, no name, no phone number, no address. I asked them to check the payments and they claimed that they never received money from me.
This was the most terrible shipping experience in my life! Not only that I lost my money but I also was left without a dress! Terrible!

I ordered a dress from CA-Dresses.com which advertises themselves as Wedding Dresses Online Canada - however they are based in China. I received the dress I ordered and it didn't look anything like the photo. They said they would refund it so I returned it, however with a tracking # as it would've cost over $100 to return a dress worth $215 rather than $40. After I returned it, they asked for the tracking #, which I don't have and now they are saying the dress never arrived - although they could track it by my name and the receipt enclosed. It's been a month and still nothing. What a joke. It cost me nearly $300 and I have no dress and no money.
Bad services, quality and dress didn't match with the photo on the website
I bought wedding dress from the company www.ca-dresses.com, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them. They provided horrible services and communication was really slow. Also the dress looked completely awful. It looked better on the website. The fabric of the dress was poor and quality was horrible. Not recommended. I ordered wedding dress from the company www.ca-dresses.com. The worst services, ‘coz I paid for the order, but these jerks provided only gown. I called them and asked if they could change it. The rep promised to change the order, but I needed to pay for the return postage on my own. And the sum was really large. It wasn’t worth it. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Don't order anything from www.ca-dresses.com
I ordered bridesmaids dresses and the dresses were terrible! The sizes were all wrong. The fabric of the dresses is poor quality and the fit is just wrong. The dresses don't look anything like the photos online. Despite following all instructions and requirements as specified on the refund policy ca-dresses declined to refund a penny. Awful experience! I tried to post a comment on their website and it was blocked. Any good comments about this website are not true, and are probably posted by ca-dresses themselves. Very disappointed and upset.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My dress from ca-dresses.com arrived today and I surprised I paid $15
for shipping and handling and it came in a PLASTIC bag! The other dress
from m ileys house.com arrived the same time. It looked gorgeous and knew it
will be even better once I got it to fit my body. I would order from them again
in a heartbeat.

Bad-quality dresses and seller ignores customers
My sister bought wedding dress from the website www.ca-dresses.com. It arrived on time, but the quality was so poor and the dress didn’t look as on the pic. My sister contacted the seller and told that she wanted refund. The seller promised to provide it, but after she returned the dress, they simply started to ignore her. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Bad quality of production
I bought the dress from the website www.ca-dresses.com. The dress arrived on time, but it didn’t look similar as it was on the picture. Also the dress wasn’t my size and I decided to return it and asked for refund. After I sent the dress back, the seller stopped to communicate with me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
I was so nervous about ordering from any online site for such an
important dress. I loved the style and look of the dress so decided to
go for it. When I got my dress, the craftsmanship of the dress was
better then I could've imagined. It is seriously beautiful. However,
upon putting on the dress, I was indifferent to its look. The dress
swallows me up. It is not a sizing issue, but rather the fact that the
style is just very
tent-like. I still love the look on the model, however, it simply is far
too big - making me look much larger then I am (which is not what you
want on your wedding day!).
I have complete faith in the beautiful dresses. However, now I have the stunning dress that looks not beautiful on me.
At this point, I am contemplating shortening it and wearing it as a reception dress.
