WorldVentures / refund policy not met
I joined Worldventures on the 17 April 2015 and a few days later I found out that they do not include air fare and travelling arrangements, I then cancelled my account with them and asked for my refund process to be done. They said it would take 5-7 working days to be processed. I have been waiting since then for this process to be completed. It has been more than the official time frame they have given me and no follow ups or inquiries has been done as to why the process is taking so long, I am very disappointed in Worldventures as this is a very bad business etiquette, I have also sent them e-mails numerous times but they are unresponsive now.
