Wish.com / money deducted from account, wish/geek lost all records

A sum of over $200 was deducted from our account for an item we did not purchase. On investigation we were refunded only $20. Within two days our account transactions and history has disappeared. Wish has responded that we must have multiple accounts. How is that possible with one user, one address and email? No communication other than automatic and inaccurate drivel has been received. I am unable to speak to any representative of the company.
