Wish.com related to refund of an order.

An order on wish app was made on September 17, 2018 after paying INR 2829/-. Product despatched by seller after couple of days but after almost a week seller with out any intimation to me seller withdrew its package from courier. Later for almost 15 days I was clue less about status of my order. But I realised that my order was withdrawn. I contacted customer care of Wish app and they claim to process my refund on September 28, 2018 and asked to wait for 15 days and the will reflect in my original payment medium that is "Paytm". But despite waiting so long nothing was received. I contacted Paytm customer care who told that they have not received any such refund of INR 2829/-. Then I contacted wish customer care who are just beating about the bush and not replying my specific queries like transaction Id of refunded amount in which account/id it was refunded etc but only putting general customer care replies. Now I feel that I was cheated by the seller in connivance with Wish app.

Wish.com all of them. I spent over 600$ in a month.

You have messed everything up everything is a scam and I just realize why I deleted the app last year nothing has came on time and the things that have came were not documented that they were arrived I've spent over $500-$600 with you and it is a scam I compared prices with other things and this is just straight up [censored] I am so so so angry I want all of my money back the items I got already broke just as I was opening them and I'm pissed you basically ruined our family‘s Christmas somebody needs to do something. NOW!

Wish.com received 3-piece suit, (navy blue), nov 7th, 2018. wrong size

Could not get suit coat on. Could not pull around my waist. Need Size 48 LONG or 50 LONG in the Coat, and Size 40-42" Waist/31-32" Inseam for the pants.

What I received today, is nothing close in fitting sizes. Coat will not fit and just holding the pants up, I knew the waistline was not big enough.
How do I return the suit I received today, and how do I get the one to fit me?

Wish.com customer service

A $400 transaction was made through wish I tried to cancel the order on my own they have locked my account I cannot get to my account to cancel the order my bank can't dispute the transaction because it's still pending and I can't talk to nobody I really desperately need to speak to a supervisor
it's getting real frustrating considering it's so close to Christmas that's my Christmas shopping money and I can't even get a call back they keep sending me the same exact email

Turn them into Better Business Bureau. They are a scam company.
I don't understand why your bank isn't working with you. If they took money from your account and you never received anything, if it shows pending, your bank can return or stop the transaction. Then talk to the fraud department at your bank and explain to them what's going on.

Wish.com purchases

On Dec 4th, 2018 I attempted to purchase items on Wish.com. I purchased using my credit card. Order ID: 5c072b3319b42c1c7f3dce9f The purchase was confirmed and a short time later put on hold with a request from Wish.com for a bank statement and other intrusive information that could easily lead to CC fraud and identity theft. When i sent back inquiries I got automated messages back from supposedly real people, thanking me for the information I provided but ...somehow...the information just wasn't clear or ledgible. They claimed that some photos of statements don't come through very clear. In this case I'm surprised they even saw one because I didn't send it. ...and they requested more documentation. Earlier in the process my CC company e-mailed me to confirm the purchase, which I did, however Wish.com persisted in requesting bank statements. This smelled like a scam from 100 miles away so I cancelled my order and contacted my CC company and already it appears as though there were fraudulent charges on the CC! All my cards had to be cancelled...what a pain at Christmas time!

Another aggravation in attempting to deal with Wish.com...every e-mail reply you send them gets reflected back to you. This makes sorting out a string of e-mail conversations most difficult! I can only imagine how difficult they could be if they messed up the charges!

Folks - Don't shop at Wish.com - it looks to good to be true...that's because it IS to good to be true.

Wish.com repeated deliveries

This company called Meng keeps sending stuff that I haven't ordered. It comes from China. I am getting charged for stuff I didn't order! Do I need a lawyer?! I ordered a couple of hair pieces and I got extra pieces like blonde. I am a brunette. I ordered a phone/wallet in brown and I got, yet another one. I got two sets of brunette bangs when I didn't order them!

Wish.com ring not 925 silver and stone color is just painted on

Received my ring yesterday after almost two months of waiting. It is not as pictured at all. You can tell the metal is just painted or plated with something that resembles silver in color and there are visible blue streaks at the edge of stones and can tell they were just painted blue.

Why do you picture beautiful jewelry but send out something that looks like it was won from a bubble gum machine?

Wish.com order that was not fulfilled

On November 9, 2018 I placed an order with Wish and paid with PayPal. I not not received any of the order. I have tried contacting Wish numerous times and I get the run around each time. When I tried to sign in with my password, I was told it was an incorrect password. When I tried to reset the password the first time, I was told the link had expired. After numerous attempts to reach the link, I finally reached the point that I could change my password. When that was successful, I got a message that the time of refund was passed on the order. I don't want a refund, I want the order. The order was paid for with a PayPal credit and the balance on my credit card. If I do not receive some kind of reply within 48 hours, I will turn this in to PayPal and my Visa card as a fradulent charge and let them deal with it.

Wish.com general service

Good morning.
I have ordered multiple things from Wish in the past and have recently also ordered multiple products off your website.
Most of the time I am motivated to buy these products based on the reviews of customers who have already purchased the item. Many of them who claim "arrived earlier than stated". Other times I am motivated by the shipping date given to me when purchasing thw product. However, I have not yet received A SINGLE ONE OF MY ITEMS.

One particular item was supposed to arrive on the 1st of November and it still has not. Other items were supposed to be delivered late November, early December but my dates all got pushed back to later in December. How is this even possible considering I placed these orders in SEPTEMBER?! That is approximately 3 to 4 months ago!

Wish.com wish took my money and won't answer my emails

I placed an order from south africa on wish for more then 300 dollars, I oaid and they asekd for bank statements, I have send them through 7 bank statements, and told me my order was refunded on the 4th of december on the 5th of December they deducted my acount for the money after they canceled my order and now they just dont reply any emails, I dont hear from them and there is no way of contacting them? What the hell?

Wish.com order history

I placed an order for a phone cord and a set of mini lights with stars. The phone cord does not work and the lights are missing a piece in the battery compartment which causes them not to work. I went on line to my order history and there is none! Why? I would like these items replaced. When contacting support they tell me to go to my order history! I would like to return these items for replacement! How do I do that?

Wish.com refund issues

I placed an order for $198.75. The money was taken out of my account. Wish notified me that there was a problem with my payment method that I needed to send a copy of my bank statement showing a past wish order. I responded with my bank statement and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. So far they have refused to refund my money and they haven't processed my order.
I feel like they robbed me of my $198.00. I have made repeated calls to customer service and get a recording saying the line is not available. I have sent numerous emails, messages (face book messenger), etc. No One has contacted me or refunded my money or processed my order. I fell like wish stole my money. I am unable to contact anyone at Wish about this matter personally.
I plan to talk to the district attorneys office in SAN Francisco and see if criminal charges can be filled.

Me also have the same problem. The only different in amount. It's 165 dollar. And I have tried with these all same procedure. But no result. They sent me a reply that to wait for 72 hrs more. How to solve this problem?

Wish.com contact support/re: refund and exchanges

Good evening,

On November 10, 2018 I placed my first order with Wish.com for a few items I purchased for Christmas (Order #: 5be77d690833c2795064093b). The experience was great and I felt that I had made some good choices. When I received the (2) aprons on 11/17/2018 they were to small and I realized that I needed "plus-size" aprons (my fault completely). Then on 11/29/2018 the (3) Micro Plush Fleeces I purchased arrived and were too small (again, my fault as I thought I was purchasing full-size throw blankets). On 11/30/2018 and 12/01/2018 I logged onto the website and followed the instructions via Contact Support to submit my refund and return request. I confirm that I did receive (3) out of the (5) refund requests, however, Contact Support did not provide any information about where to return and/or ship the unwanted items. I sent multiple messages via the Contact Support and e-mail to try to find out this information, but kept getting the same response telling me to log on the Wish website by mobile or web and send in a request to Contact Support. Basically, at this point, I am going in circles and getting no assistance at all. No return label, address to mail items, or any other technical assistance has been provided.
**This is very upsetting (considering I used to work in retail and understand how customer service should be run). I have spent many hours online trying to find out what I need to do to return the unwanted items (even tho I did not receive all of the refund I requested) and I am at the point that I am just going to place all the items in one box and ship them to the nearest Wish Return Facility, which would be the Atlanta, GA location. At this point, I will not be recommending that anyone use Wish.com considering the poor communication and customer service from your "contact support team". I will be cancelling my account with your site once the rest of the items I purchased are received.

I am sure I am not the only person to have this complaint and suggest that you improve you website and contact support services to better assist your future customers. Thank you for your time.

I have done ALOT of ordering through Wish.com. Something that you MUST know and deal with, especially on their clothing, is that it is all manufactured in China and therefore to Chinese measurments. All their measurements are in cms, not inches and if you don't pay very careful attention to this, you will get a shirt that will only fit over one boob! LOL! That's just the way it is. If I order clothes from Wish, I always go 5XL and never any smaller. There is a huge difference between 4XL and 5XL, too! Shoes.. go at least 1.5 bigger. Also keep in mind that their products are not the highest quality, but they do offer items you won't find anywhere else.

I make jewelry and their beads and findings are authentic (semi precious stones) and dirt cheap.

Wish.com my account says its locked

When I try to check out it tells me my accout is locked until I send a copy of my bank statement showing that I have ordered from wish in the past 30 days. But my account has been locked for almost a year. Also haven't got a bank account anymore now I use a prepaid reloadable credit card. So was really hoping this issue could be fixed so I can order stuff again. Please and thanks.

When I go to checkout it says my account is locked until I send a copy of my bank statement showing that I have ordered from wish in the past 30 days. I haven't got a bank account anymore I have a reloadable credit card now. And haven't been able to order anything from wish now for almost a year. Please unlock my account so I can start ordering again.

Wish.com restrictions on account

i am anxious to complete my checkout i refuse to let this go, why when worked 1st time ), my second order no acceptance i live 800 killometers frm nearest bank and 35kms from nearest post office, so i can only give what you have, i would like to have that restriction taken from my account for my 2nd order, direct me to an Australian dept. as i see no other recourse than to make sure that i dont order any products again.

Wish.com wish new policy on un-received or defective items

This is to warn other customers that Wish is activating a fraudulent policy on products to be refunded because either have nit arrived or are not as described. I had to instances recently on products that never arrived and I get an automatic response that my account has been reported for too many refunds and thus customer care agents will nor assist me nor refunds will be issues unless I demonstrate that I buy more products from Wish. I never asked for a refund voluntarily, I have merely been issued refunds by wish because tracking showed that the products were not delivered. Now they are blackmailing me saying that on non received products I will not get refunds unless I buy more stuff. As a consequence, I am not getting my money back and I have been robbed. Wish has become a fraud.

This note is to warn other customers that Wish has activated a fraudulent policy on products to be refunded because either have not been delivered or are not as described. I recently had two instances on products that never arrived and I am getting an automatic response telling me that my account has been reported for too many refunds and thus customer care agents will nor assist me nor refunds me for the undelivered items, unless I demonstrate that I buy more products from Wish. I never asked for a refund voluntarily, I have merely been issued refunds by Wish because their company tracking showed that the products had not been delivered. In short, they are blackmailing clients saying that, on products defective or undelivered they will no longer issue refunds unless clients give evidence of buying more stuff from the site. As a consequence, I am not getting my money back and I feel that I have been robbed. Wish has become a fraud.
